Arranging your estate agent valuation & photo shoot

Once your property has been staged to sell, the next step is to find a great local established estate agent to market your property.

Finding a reputable estate agent and photographer can be very time consuming, especially if you are not resident in the UK or busy with work or family commitments.

Doing all the running around for you!

I offer a unique estate agent sourcing service for my clients along with arranging the photo shoot.  I will personally be present on the day of the valuation and on the day of the photo shoot and usually invite 3 estate agents to come and provide the valuations on the same day. Once you are happy with the valuation, you take over from there to sign all the necessary paperwork.
